With over 16 years of experience and a deep passion for marketing, Preeti Mundhra is one of the founding members of Liv. Bank, the UAE’s fastest growing bank and the Middle East’s first digital-only lifestyle bank.
Heading Marketing & Partnerships at the bank, Mundhra’s role involves her wearing different hats at the same time, from building the brand to driving accelerated growth and engagement and building a partnerships ecosystem. After delivering a spectacular launch in 2017 where Liv. beat acquisition targets by almost 5X, she continues to successfully showcase that banks can acquire customers digitally, at a fraction of the conventional costs of sales.
Every year, she continues to spearhead unique concepts of Livions loyalty program and ‘Win a Private Island’ campaign among others which went on to define further success for Liv.
Prior to launching the UAE’s first digital-only bank, Mundhra was involved in creating several winning brands, leading digital marketing strategies, and crafting rewarding customer experiences where she has been the driving force behind several of Emirates NBD’s successful propositions for high net worth customers in Priority and Private Banking as well as Business Banking. She has also led award-winning campaigns such as ‘Hey Future Me’ and ‘When You Are Not Around’ to drive the insurance and wealth management services.
In addition, Mundhra helped develop Emirates NBD’s award-winning RISE platform for Business Banking, which connects and inspires entrepreneurs through thought leadership and networking opportunities, Emirates NBD Classics, a series of elite classical music concerts with renowned global artists round the year and many others.
Prior to joining Emirates NBD, Mundhra worked at ITC Ltd, India as Assistant Brand Manager for Sunfeast Biscuits in the Foods Division. She holds a MBA (Marketing) from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in Delhi, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Xavier’s College in Kolkata, India.
